RTHS is a unique high school in that it empowers the students to take ownership of their learning, through what is called the Personalized Learning Program. As such, each of the school's 550 students are embarking on their own learning journeys, as the teachers are able to be adventurous and innovative with their lesson planning. My project explores the impacts the some of the students and teachers have experienced during their time a part of the RTHS community, as well as what else make their school personally special to them.

In conducting this project, I learned how remarkable it is to have an individualized education that encourages each student to design their own pathway. This school is a very supportive environment full of passionate and excited students; I'm excited to see them pursue their dreams!
